Overview
Stephen Franscini joined Griffith, Jay & Michel, LLP in October 2014 and has centered his practice on serving clients dealing with Probate Litigation, Probate and Estate Administration, Guardianship, and Incapacity & Estate Planning matters including resolving disputes arising from Estates, Powers of Attorney, trusts, closely-held businesses, and Guardianships. Recognizing the difficulties surrounding planning for death and incapacity, Stephen treats every client matter with great care and attention, striving to ensure the client's needs and goals are met.
An Arlington native, Stephen earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Texas in 2010 and earned his J.D. from the Texas A&M School of Law in 2014. In time away from the office, Stephen spends his time with his family, coaches numerous youth sports teams, and volunteers his time for the benefit of public schools.
